Kitchen File: Crawfish Boil!



Random southern love! Best when boiled with your favorite vegetables and seasoning! Be creative and get in touch with your inner Dirty South!

Throw all of your favorite ingredients into a large pot: cayenne, salt, pepper, onion, seasoning, veggies, sausages, etc... whatever you want to your heart's content. Bring to a boil. Once water is boiling, add your crawfish and boil for another 7-10 minutes. Turn down the heat when the crawfish are cooked and allow to soak for about another 10-15 minutes.

Don't forget to line your table with newspaper and enjoy a little taste of the South!
